IW is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across its public website, learning platform and checkout flows. IW does not claim full conformance until testing confirms it.

1. Commitment

IW aims to make learning, account, payment and support experiences usable with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions and common assistive technologies.

2. Current work

Critical flows are reviewed for keyboard access, visible focus, labels, headings, color contrast, zoom, error recovery, captions and responsive layout. Known exceptions are logged, prioritized by user impact and retested after remediation.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party identity, payment, video or embedded services may have accessibility behavior outside IW's direct control. IW works with providers and offers a reasonable alternative where possible. A statement here is not a claim that every page or third-party artifact fully conforms.

4. Request help or an alternative

Email contact@interchangingworld.com with the page or task, the barrier, assistive technology if relevant and preferred response method. IW will acknowledge the request promptly and provide an accessible alternative or remediation timeline where reasonably possible.

5. Review

IW reviews this statement when material flows or standards change and records the version and effective date. Feedback is included in the accessibility issue log without unnecessary sensitive information.
