The exact plan and offer snapshot displayed immediately before checkout forms part of these Terms.

1. Offer information

Before Stripe opens, IW displays the plan, features, currency, full amount charged today, billing interval, renewal cadence and price, tax treatment, cancellation method, access end and refund or withdrawal summary. IW stores the offer snapshot, locale, versions, timestamp and hash of the accepted text.

2. Recurring authorization

By selecting the unticked consent box and completing payment, the customer expressly authorizes the recurring charge shown in the offer until cancellation. Stripe sends payment confirmation and IW records the corresponding session identifier.

3. Cancellation

The customer may cancel through account Billing before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues through the already paid period unless mandatory law or the displayed offer provides an earlier end or refund.

4. Refunds and withdrawal

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected, including distance-sale rights where applicable. Outside a mandatory right, the refund rule displayed in the accepted offer controls. If no restriction was displayed before purchase, IW will not treat an undisclosed restriction as accepted.

5. Price or service changes

A price change applies only after the notice required by law and before a later renewal. Material reductions to a paid service receive an appropriate remedy where required. The customer may cancel before the changed renewal.

6. Payment failure and taxes

Stripe may retry failed recurring payments according to the checkout settings. IW may suspend paid access after reasonable notice of nonpayment. Taxes and extra charges, if any, are shown before payment and on the applicable receipt or invoice.

7. Billing support

For cancellation, duplicate charges, withdrawal or refund requests, contact contact@interchangingworld.com and include the account email and Stripe receipt or session reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
